By using the CASH IT app you agree to these Terms of Use.
You may only use the app in compliance with applicable laws.
Reservio integration
The optional Reservio integration requires your own Reservio account and is subject to Reservio's own terms of service.
The developer is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of data provided via the Reservio API.
CASH IT PRO subscription
Purchasing, renewing, and cancelling the CASH IT PRO subscription is governed by the App Store's terms.
Liability
The app is provided “as is” without any warranties.
The developer is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the app, including errors in sales processing or data synchronization.
Intellectual Property
All content and code of the app are protected by copyright.
Users may not copy, distribute, or modify the app without the author's consent.
Changes to the Terms
We may update these terms from time to time.
The updated version will always be published on our website with the effective date.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic and the EU.
