Privacy Policy

CASH IT respects your privacy. The app does not require registration with the developer.

Records of staff, products, services and sales are stored locally on your device using SwiftData.

We do not send any data to our servers. Data is synced only to your own private cloud storage (iCloud) and optionally to a Reservio account you choose to connect — see below.

To keep your data available across your devices and protected from loss, the app uses iCloud (CloudKit) in your own private cloud space.

Only you have access to this data under your Apple ID — the developer has no access to it.

You can manage or delete this backup at any time in your device settings (see “How can I delete data?” below).

If you choose, in Settings, to connect the app to your own Reservio account, the app fetches your appointments (client name, service name, time and price) via the Reservio API so they can be displayed and processed at checkout.

This connection is entirely optional and uses an API key and Business ID that you enter yourself from your own Reservio administration.

The API key and Business ID are stored in the system Keychain with iCloud Keychain sync — never in the app's CloudKit database.

You can use Face ID or Touch ID to lock the app.

Authentication happens entirely locally within iOS (Secure Enclave) — biometric data never leaves your device and the developer has no access to it.

Purchasing and managing the CASH IT PRO subscription is handled exclusively through Apple StoreKit / the App Store.

Payment details and billing are processed solely by Apple — neither the app nor the developer has access to them.

The app does not display ads and does not use any third-party analytics or advertising SDK.

Purpose: providing point-of-sale and catalog features, optional syncing of appointments from Reservio, and delivering purchased PRO features.

Legal basis: performance of a contract (providing the features you use) and your consent when optionally connecting an external service (Reservio).

Local data and its iCloud backup are retained until you delete them or uninstall the app.

Appointments fetched from Reservio are overwritten with new data on each sync, except for already checked-out transactions, which remain in your sales history.

Local data and records: delete the relevant records directly in the app, or uninstall the app — this removes the local database.

Disconnecting Reservio: in Settings → Reservio you can disconnect at any time; this removes the stored API key and Business ID from the Keychain.

iCloud backup: Device Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Manage Storage → CASH IT → Delete Data.

We do not sell your data or share it for marketing purposes.

Apple — data backup and sync (iCloud/CloudKit) and subscription payment processing (App Store).

Reservio — only if you choose to connect your own account; Reservio processes appointment data under its own policies.

You have the right to request access to, correction or deletion of data to the extent it concerns you.

You can disconnect Reservio at any time in the app's settings.

This section concerns the website, not the app itself. The app continues to work without an account and your data stays on your device.

Essential cookies are required to run the site (for example to remember your consent choice and your light or dark theme). The site does not work without them and they cannot be disabled.

Analytics cookies are used only with your consent. They measure traffic via Google Analytics 4 so we know which pages are useful. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time in the cookie settings at the bottom of the page.

Until you give consent, no analytics cookie is set — we use Google Consent Mode v2 with a default state of "denied".

This site uses no marketing or advertising cookies at all, not even with your consent. We run no advertising and no remarketing, so there is nothing to ask permission for.
