FAQ
Do I need to create an account?
No. CASH IT has no sign-up and no login. Your sales, clients and stock stay on your device and sync only through your own iCloud — nothing is sent to a server of ours.
Does the checkout work without internet?
Yes. Checking a client out, the change and tip calculators and QR payment all work offline. You only need a connection to sync bookings from Reservio and to back up to iCloud.
Do I need a card terminal?
No. You take cash or a QR payment, so there is no terminal to rent and no transaction fees.
Can two people check clients out at the same time?
No. The app works with one member of staff at a time and you switch between them. That applies to CASH IT PRO as well — the subscription does not lift this limit.
What does the free version do, and what does PRO add?
For free you charge for services, take cash and QR payments, and see today's bookings and daily totals. PRO adds clients with their history, product sales with stock tracking, revenue reports with CSV export, and widgets with notifications. Prices are in the pricing section above.
Is there an Android version?
Not yet. CASH IT runs on iPhone and iPad.
